Enjoy two world-class hunts on the same trip! Hunt ducks over water and fields in the morning and then spend the rest of the day bagging a limit of gorgeous Dakota roosters. Dakota River Ranch offers you the opportunity to do this on 10,000 private acres with expert guides and dogs. We are located in the central fly zone of the waterfowl migration. On any giving day you can see large numbers of ducks and geese. Keep in mind that we are only a few miles from one of the largest national refuges in the region, Sand Lake.
The license fee is $75.00 (subject to change) and the waterfowl option is an additional $150.00 per day per hunter. The package includes shotgun shells, bird cleaning, and transportation to and from the fields. Our guides use only the best quality decoys and equipment that's available. Here in South Dakota you have to enter a lottery drawing system, which in turn takes place in June and runs until early July.
