History of Dakota River Ranch duck and pheasant hunting lodge in South Dakota?
Dakota River Ranch, located in Northeast South Dakota about 15 miles northeast of Aberdeen, is owned by the 5th generation of the Jones family. Current family member owning the property is Dennis Jones who loves farming, but is passionate about sharing this prime hunting land with others who love to hunt.
Dakota River Ranch isn’t just a farm, it is a carefully managed operation balanced equally for farming and for the proliferation of birds and other wildlife to provide the ultimate pheasant hunting experience and the best of duck hunting.
How deep is the history of Dakota River Ranch
The Jones family has been hosting hunters since 1946 and has built an oasis on the James River in recent years to better accommodate the growing number of hunters. Jones built the lodge to provide the perfect rural setting for a hunting trip guests won’t forget.
